Unne Inteligência em Gestão Ltda (Brazilian company registration CNPJ 26.448.862/0001-75, Florianópolis, Brazil) runs this website and the Unne platform at app.unnegestao.com.br. 02Who decides about the data
Data about platform users (name, e-mail, phone, login) and about people who contact us through the website or WhatsApp is processed by Unne as controller.
Data that a company or consulting firm puts into the platform (clients, staff, transactions, candidates and so on) belongs to that company. In those cases the company is the controller and Unne is the processor: it stores and processes the data only to provide the service, following the company's instructions.
03Candidates (You People)
People who apply for a job send their name, contact details, résumé and answers to the job's questions, and consent to the use of that data before submitting. The data stays with the company that opened the job and with the consulting firm running the selection, when there is one. Each account only sees its own candidates.
Candidates who are not hired may stay in the talent pool for the period the company sets (two years by default). Before it expires, the candidate can renew through the link they receive; once it expires, the data is deleted automatically, unless the candidate is in an ongoing selection process.
Candidates can view their data or ask for it to be deleted at any time through the "My data" link or by writing to julio@unnegestao.com.br.
When an application arrives through a partner job board (such as LinkedIn, once the integration is active), the data received follows exactly these same rules.
04What we use data for
To provide the contracted service, give access to accounts, send system notices, bill subscriptions, provide support and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.
05Who data is shared with
Only with the providers needed for the service to work: Supabase (database and files, stored in São Paulo, Brazil), Vercel (hosting for the website and the platform), Resend (e-mail delivery), Asaas (billing and payments) and Google, only when users themselves connect their calendar or Drive. Also with authorities, when the law requires it.
06Cookies
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. The platform only uses the cookies needed to keep you signed in and remember screen preferences.
07Security and retention
Access is through individual logins, communication is encrypted, and each company is isolated from the others in the database itself. We keep data while the account is active or for as long as the law requires. If a company stops using the platform, its data remains its own.
08Your rights
You can ask us to confirm whether we process your data, and to access, correct, port or delete it, or withdraw a consent you gave. Just write to julio@unnegestao.com.br. If the data belongs to a client company, we forward the request to it and help fulfil it.
09Changes
When this policy changes, the date at the top changes too. Important changes are announced on the platform.
