One job, from start to finish.
The job promotes itself
One link per channel, plus a QR code and a poster. While the job is open, it shows up in Google's job search and in a feed for job boards, and it comes down when the job closes. Every application records where it came from.

Candidates apply from their phone
They send their résumé, answer the job's requirement questions and consent to the use of their data. Their card arrives already showing, as a percentage, how well they match the job.

Screening in one click
Advance, Hold, Talent pool or Reject. The candidate file brings together the résumé, the answers, interviews with their recordings, personality assessments and the full history: who did what, and when.

Interview booked, Google in sync
Book the interview right from the card and it goes to Google Calendar with a Meet link. Candidates can also pick one of the recruiter's open slots on their own.

Clients follow along. The numbers show where it stalls.
The consulting firm's client sees all the work put into the job and answers Yes, Maybe or No for each finalist. Reports show conversion at each stage, the time spent in each one and where hires came from.

Candidate data
belongs to the candidate.
- Candidates consent to the use of their data before applying.
- They stay in the talent pool for the period the company sets (two years, unless someone changes it) and are then deleted automatically.
- Through a link, they can renew their record or ask for their data to be deleted.
- Each company sees only its own candidates, and everything is stored in Brazil, in line with the LGPD (Brazil's data protection law).
