01The service
Unne Inteligência em Gestão Ltda (CNPJ 26.448.862/0001-75) provides the Unne platform, a set of management apps used online by consulting firms and companies at app.unnegestao.com.br. By using the platform you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.
02Accounts and access
New accounts are opened by invitation. Each person has their own login and is responsible for what is done with it; do not share your password. The owner of each account decides who can join it and what each person can see.
03Data belongs to whoever puts it in
Everything a company puts into the platform belongs to that company. When a consulting firm uses an app for a client, that app's data belongs to the client company: if it stops working with the firm, it can take the app and the data to its own account.
Unne only accesses an account's data to provide the service, to give support when asked or to comply with the law.
04Acceptable use
You may not use the platform for illegal activities, upload third-party content without permission, try to access other people's accounts or disrupt the service. Whoever puts other people's personal data into the platform (clients, staff, candidates) is responsible for having a legal basis to do so.
05Subscriptions and payment
Each app may be free, billed monthly or billed per use, as agreed with the account. Billing is handled by Asaas, through bank slip (boleto), Pix or card. Without payment, the account may become read-only until it is settled. You can cancel at any time; periods already paid are not refunded.
06Availability
We work to keep the platform online and to keep improving it, but there may be maintenance pauses or provider outages. We give advance notice whenever a pause is planned.
07Liability
The platform organizes information; decisions made from it belong to whoever makes them. Unne is liable for damages it directly causes, up to the amount the account paid in the last twelve months, except where the law does not allow such a limit.
08Changes and jurisdiction
These terms may change; the date at the top shows the version in force, and important changes are announced on the platform. Brazilian law applies, and the courts of Florianópolis, Brazil, have jurisdiction.
